Are you a highly motivated individual with sales and automotive trade parts experience? MSX International is looking for an Automotive Parts Executive to contribute towards the commercial aspirations of the Trade Parts business for our automotive partner.
The Role
This role is responsible for driving sales in a specified territory, winning OES market share by executing sales and marketing initiatives on behalf of the franchised retailer network. You will have a particular focus on enhancing our current client partnership and increasing overall sales revenue and profitability through the independent repairer segment. Additionally, the Automotive Parts Executive will:
- Identify business opportunities with current, lapsed, and new accounts, developing and increasing sales of trade parts.
- Implement tailored promotional plans to the independent repairers within your territory.
- Utilise the business activity tool to keep an updated record of activity and share reporting with retailers.
- Strategically plan visits of independent garages to ensure optimum results and gain parts market share.
- Carry out clear sales analysis to understand each customer's parts purchasing habit.
- Some occasional overnights for far territory field visits.
About you
Our ideal Automotive Parts Executive will be an excellent communicator with high level of experience in Trade Parts with strong sales and customer relationship skills. To be successful in this role the Automotive Parts Executive will have:
- Recent experience in the parts trade industry from franchised dealer, vehicle manufacturer or aftermarket competitive parts operation.
- A proven track record of successful B2B sales.
- Experience in a field-based role.
- A good understanding of IMT & Accident Repair Centre service and product requirements.
- Sales experience within large automotive parts wholesalers, aftermarket business or successful OEM Dealer.
