Are you an experienced parts programme manager ready for new challenges? MSXI has the job for you! MSXI are working with JLR to implement a global strategy to grow genuine parts sales to aftermarket repairers. As part of this exciting programme, we are recruiting a Global Programme Manager to oversee the development and implementation of the initiative through our teams across the world.
The Role:
- The Global Trade Parts Programme Manager will co-ordinate the introduction and running of our digital platform and sales initiatives through our in-market Trade parts teams who will take these to market to help JLR Retailers grow their parts sales to trade customers.
- Working closely with the MSXI and JLR stakeholders, you will provide the leadership to deliver the programme to plan and ultimately achieve the quantitative and qualitative KPIs for the programme.
The Global Trade Parts Programme Manager will:
- Create, manage and deliver the project implementation and growth plan.
- Provide expert leadership and support to our in-market delivery teams.
- Co-ordinate the development, launch and utilisation of the digital platform.
- Build and launch sales processes, initiatives and incentives.
- Manage and drive the Retailer professionalisation plan.
- Consolidate and analyse sales performance to inform action planning.
- Thought leadership and innovation to continually develop the proposition.
- Foster high quality, productive working relationships with JLR and MSXI stakeholders.
