As a Eurorepar Car Service Franchise Development Manager with the MSXI Global group, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the UK identifying, prospecting and engaging dealers and independent garages to join the Eurorepar network; the fast-growing all-makes garage maintenance and repair network, supported by one of the largest global vehicle manufacturers. The aim of the role is to grow the Vehicle Manufacturer’s network of dealers and independent garages and to increase the aftermarket parts range sales through this network.

In This Role You Will:

  • Identify, prospect and contact suitable franchise candidates within a given area.
  • Present the Eurorepar franchise membership programme to Senior Management in dealers and independent garages and explain the benefits of joining the programme.
  • Provide ongoing support to franchisees in order to grow their parts sales and purchase loyalty.
  • Liaise regularly with Head Office staff and project management to establish smooth on-going operations.
  • Support franchise member’s events, shows and marketing initiatives.
  • Induct and train franchisee members on the use of all ERCS systems & processes.
  • Implement parts supply via the Hub network.
  • Support and coach franchisee staff in customer handling and sales techniques.
  • Implement and support National Programs and initiatives.
  • Implement workshop reporting process, analyze results and produce action plans as necessary.
  • Ensure minimum standards are adhered to for both customer service and physical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous target driven field sales experience ideally in the Motor Industry.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships from first contact right through to supporting the independent repairer in joining the franchise.
  • An extensive knowledge and experience of the independent franchise garage and franchise dealer operations process.
  • An excellent understanding of parts distribution and service offerings.
  • Good knowledge of business composite data and the ability to analyse and identify issues.
  • Experience of aftersales process best practice implementation.
  • Excellent commercial awareness including working knowledge of budgets, KPIs, return on investment, marketing principles, training, coaching and strategic planning principles.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills and the ability to work within tight and demanding deadlines.
  • Capable of developing excellent operating relationships with Franchise Dealers and independent garages.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Computer literate, in particular MS Office.

  • Availability to travel up to 80% of time (field based activities).
