Responsibilities
  • Improve sales and profitability of Ford accessories
  • Serve as subject‑matter expert on accessory product queries, liaising with dealers, field teams, product marketing, FCSD‑E marketing, Technical Services and the Daventry Parts Distribution Centre
  • Ensure dealers have the right product support materials (fitting instructions, etc.) to support accessory sales
  • Act as main point of contact with current and future suppliers for supplier‑branded accessories, identifying product, marketing and sales opportunities
  • Identify additional accessory opportunities, evaluate the business case and collaborate with suppliers / FCSD‑E to bring accessories to market
  • Leverage new model launches to increase accessory sales
  • Support accessory pricing to maximise sales and profitability
  • Assist the Accessory Marketing team in developing programmes and communications materials (e.g. image accuracy)
  • Work with Henry Ford Academy to integrate accessories into dealer training courses
  • Ensure accessories are communicated in Ford of Britain vehicle brochures and approve FCSD content for all brochures in Burrows Ibrams and Nuworld online systems
  • Provide insight into accessory competition (Halfords, online retailers and other vehicle manufacturers) to identify best practice
Qualifications
  • Ideally 2–3 years of marketing experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, coupled with excellent communication skills and a results‑driven mindset
  • Genuine interest and solid understanding of commercial vehicles
  • Strong analytical and written communication skills, with a high level of enthusiasm and attention to detail
