Job Description

  • Advising and training workshops and dealers on spare parts sales
  • Carrying out product presentations and training courses on site and digitally
  • Analysing customer requirements and developing individual solutions
  • Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Analysing the market and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales team to support sales

Qualifications

  • Completed education in the Automotive sector (technology, service or sales) or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of vehicle spare parts, ideally in field service or technical support
  • Strong communication skills and strong customer orientation
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility
  • Confident handling of MS Office and digital media
  • Driving license
