Job Description Role Purpose To lead in the development and implementation of our Trade Parts programme concept across the EME region of our client, a key player in the agricultural industry.

  • Role Scope
  • Work closely with various stakeholders to plan, deliver and report the implementation and sales of the independent repairer networks
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the activity to identify improvements and best practice for future development
  • Ensure the implementation of activity, engage with the markets, define and agree the strategy
  • Take responsibility for selected overarching Trade Partner Programme topics
  • Support in-market Trade Parts strategy plans across selected Trade markets
  • Build programme components for implementation
  • Conduct performance reviews with development of identified best practices
  • Work with client stakeholders to grow MSXi footprint
  • Line management of some of the Trade Programme Markets Qualifications Experience
  • Previous work experience within ideally construction or agricultural aftermarket, across multiple EME markets
  • A track record of long-term client relationship building
  • Experience of exploring and identifying opportunities and confidently communicating ideas and building solutions
  • Structured Project Management experience
  • Previous experience of developing tools and solutions to support operational and sales activity
  • Experience working and dealing within European markets
  • Experience within the agricultural automotive industry
  • Experience in marketing of parts and services within agricultural, construction or commercial vehicles (beneficial) Knowledge
  • Working knowledge of the parts industry
  • Detailed understanding of the trade parts business, particularly the challenges facing Dealers selling genuine parts to independent repairers
  • Financial awareness with ability to formulate and explain business case justifications Skills
  • Business acumen to hit targets and set KPIs
  • Ability to motivate a team
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Ability to work with people effectively
  • Ability to translate the changing needs of a demanding market into compelling and deliverable set of solutions.
  • Foreign language skills (desirable)
