MSXI has the job for you! MSX International is looking for an automotive professional with experience of trade part sales a Fleet Parts Growth Business Manager to drive Ford part sales. This is a field based role with travel to dealer locations for up to 80% of working week. The Role In the role of Fleet Parts Growth Business Manager you will be working with a premium brand and joining a growing Ford initiative to increase parts sales in the fleet market. The Fleet Parts Growth Business Manager will be responsible for: Increasing nationwide fleet customer loyalty to the Ford Dealer network. Contacting identified fleet customers with a view to building a working relationship and understanding reasons for not using the Dealer network for servicing, maintenance, repairs or wholesale parts. Identify Dealers or Parts Plus Hubs in the fleet customers operating area with available capacity and willingness to provide a high standard of aftersales care. Liaise with the fleet customers and the Dealer network to reach a satisfactory service level agreement. Liaise with the fleet customers and the Dealer network to reach a satisfactory wholesale parts agreement where the customers have their own workshops. Oversee the signing of a service level agreement between the fleet customer and the Dealer. Monitor the performance growth of the fleet customers following signing of the service level agreement. Have regular touch points with fleet customers and Dealers to ensure a continuation of the relationship. Review and renew service level agreements at the designated expiry period. Maintain performance reports. Provide short performance presentations for Ford management to demonstrate value add. About you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with great interpersonal skills and an ability to influence stakeholders. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, as well as: Automotive parts sales knowledge essential. Automotive Dealer service aftersales experience would be an advantage. Strong drive for results with numerical and analytical capabilities. Able to cold call and effectively build customer relationships. Able to plan and manage own diary and workload. Effective written and verbal communication skills at all levels. Ability to effectively manage multiple work streams to strict deadlines. Computer literate, in particular MS Office.
