Automotive Helpdesk Engineer 40 Hours per week 12-month fixed term Up to £31,000 per year Italian Speaking Hybrid, Colchester Do you have experience in helpdesk environment and are willing to work for one of the biggest automotive manufacture brand? MSX International has the job for you! MSX International is looking for an Automotive Helpdesk Engineer to join our Ford team in order to resolve enquiries from Customer Dealers (and Customer personnel) via a Comms / Systems entry methodology. The Role As the Automotive Helpdesk Engineer you will liaise with Dealership personnel at all levels, with Team Leader(s) / Project Management on Vehicle Case Histories, trends and analysis, and with Customer Engineers / Staff on all issues associated directly with Helpdesk obtaining clarification from the Group Leader / Team Leader / Project Management, if required. Other of your responsibilities will include: * Record data as required into a computer system * Participate in training / product information exchange with appropriate data sources for up to 4 weeks per year including overnight stays as required * Accept other assignments (responsibility for items of equipment, literature, Customer data systems, analysis, investigation, ISO9000 etc.) as determined by the Group Leader / Team Leader / Project Management * Write and circulate data to other Helpline Engineers / Project Management / Customer / Customer Dealer staff when necessary * Complete and provide information for Company documentation as necessary (Travel Expense Reports, Corrective Action Requests, Timesheets etc.) * On an exception basis, make travel arrangements and any other ad hoc duties as required About you This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who has strong problem-solving skills and is process oriented.
