The Product Performance Engineer will collaborate with a team of quality follow-up engineers across Europe. You'll review dealer reports about vehicle defects, identify trends, and communicate findings to our Central organization in Sweden. The regional product performance team reports directly to the Central organization in Sweden.
In addition, the Product Performance Engineer will:
- Record and maintain data in internal systems
- Monitor market trends for known and emerging defects
- Communicate with the local organisation on known issues and improvements
- Identify and report recurring defects and trends
- Provide customer-focused local knowledge and expertise
- Handle and respond to telephone calls and emails
