Programme Manager

Overview

The Programme Manager contributes to the MSX purpose, vision, and mission by delivering project success to our clients. The role focuses on strengthening client partnerships and increasing incremental revenue and profitability through innovative approaches to ensure project KPIs and key objectives are met.

Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: deliver project KPI’s and key objectives; conduct and chair regular KPI performance reviews; produce and develop clear analytical reporting; communicate reporting to ensure performance against KPI’s and targets; use reporting to inform improvement opportunities and implement improvement plans where performance is below target; build and develop a clear governance process shared with all stakeholders; resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently including performance, personnel, and relationships, support and communications in the market/project; maintain MSX business, brand, and safety standards; oversee quality control against client requirements; review market trends to keep the project at the forefront of advancement; work across MSX to create best-in-class practice and development areas; drive innovation and pace across activity development; deliver ad hoc project work to high client satisfaction; manage launch and actions for tactical campaigns; collaborate with central teams to define enhanced services for future growth; support project teams with high-profile/high-impact initiatives.
  • Client Management: maintain high levels of client satisfaction; act as primary client interface and develop effective working relationships; ensure maintenance of Client business, brand, and safety standards; develop market business plans and assignments to support the client and project; build and present business case details and implement project development strategies; work across the client organization to create best-in-class practices; gather stakeholder requirements to inform project planning; manage and develop new initiatives from initial discussions to implementation; support strategic future planning to assist project direction while maintaining market competitiveness and customer service offerings.
  • Team Management: lead, develop, and coach teams across assigned regions; conduct annual performance reviews; develop personal growth and performance improvement plans; ensure quality onboarding and training for MSX team members.

Qualifications

  • People/Team management experience
  • Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and sales planning (desirable)
  • Experience leading teams/projects/clients as a Project Manager
  • Professional experience in sales, marketing or business development
  • Proven track record in target achievement
  • Experience in new programme/project launches and implementation
  • Experience in process improvement
  • Experience identifying improvement opportunities via data analysis
  • Project Management qualification (desirable)

Working pattern and location

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday
  • Home-based with occasional travel to Warwick and Sweden
  • Permanent contract
