Overview
We are seeking an experienced Service Centre Advisor with excellent customer service skills to join our team at MSV Housing. Our Service Centre Advisors are the first point of contact for our customers, providing resolution for a range of queries through various channels, with empathy and understanding of diverse needs. We value candidates passionate about advocating for people and communities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a comprehensive, efficient customer experience, maintaining high standards of care via telephone, electronic, or written communication.
- Handle all service requests in line with established standards.
- Ensure high call quality and first-time resolution across all contact methods.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to support positive customer experiences.
- Update customers on the progress of their service requests as needed.
- Accurately maintain management information systems in accordance with policies and procedures.
Candidate Profile
- Experience handling telephone calls and resolving issues at first contact.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Experience working towards performance targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Experience with call handling or CRM systems is advantageous.
