We are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaner to work at our Alice Ingham Court housing scheme. Reporting to our Scheme Coordinator, our cleaners must provide a first‑class professional cleaning service to our customers, ensuring our schemes meet the needs of our customers and assisting them in living happy, independent lives.

Responsibilities

  • Mats, Carpets, Paintwork, Floors, Furniture
  • Scheme entrance areas
  • Office spaces
  • Communal living areas
  • Laundry room
  • Toilets
  • Empty flats
  • Emptying of internal and external bins
  • Assist customers and visitors with general queries and support the Scheme Coordinator with social events as required.

Qualifications

  • Experience of dealing with customers / members of the public on a face‑to‑face basis
  • Experience of providing a cleaning service
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety applicable to providing a cleaning service
  • Effective communication skills
  • Able to respond to emergency situations
