You'll partner closely with housing teams, delivering authoritative legal advice and high-quality court representation to create safer, more sustainable neighbourhoods. - Provide expert legal advice on high‐risk situations such as safeguarding, domestic abuse, hate crime, and multi‐agency interventions.
- Prepare and present robust casework, including evidence, witness statements, and legal submissions, representing the organisation in court where required.
- Support operational teams with clear, timely legal guidance on tenancy, leasehold, and housing management issues while ensuring full regulatory and procedural compliance.

- Proven ability to manage high‐volume, demanding caseloads, delivering accurate, high‐quality legal work within tight deadlines.
- Skilled in preparing legal documentation, reports, and court papers, with confidence representing cases and communicating complex legal issues clearly.
- In‐depth knowledge of housing legislation, Civil Procedure Rules, and regulatory frameworks, with an understanding of current social housing challenges.
