We are looking for an experienced Pass Manager to support hospitality operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the food pass during service
- Coordinating communication between kitchen and front of house teams
- Ensuring food is presented and delivered to specification
- Maintaining service flow during high-volume operations
- Supporting chefs and service teams to achieve exceptional guest experiences
- Upholding quality, consistency and service standards
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience working as a Pass Manager, Senior Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience in high-volume hospitality environments
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days
