Pass Manager Greater Manchester £17.00 per hour We are looking for an experienced Pass Manager to support hospitality operations across a range of venues including football stadiums, sporting venues, conference centres and event spaces throughout Greater Manchester. Key responsibilities: Managing the food pass during service Coordinating communication between kitchen and front of house teams Ensuring food is presented and delivered to specification Maintaining service flow during high-volume operations Supporting chefs and service teams to achieve exceptional guest experiences Upholding quality, consistency and service standards The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working as a Pass Manager, Senior Chef or Kitchen Supervisor Excellent organisational and communication skills Experience in high-volume hospitality environments Strong attention to detail The ability to remain calm under pressure Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and event days This is an excellent opportunity to work across some of the region's leading sporting, hospitality and event venues.
