We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to support our business during a period of transition in Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who can quickly build relationships, provide expert guidance, and ensure HR best practice is maintained across the organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service, supporting managers and employees, managing employee relations matters, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers and employees.
  • Lead and manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management, and performance issues.
  • Conduct and support formal disciplinary and grievance investigations, hearings, and appeals in line with company policy and employment law.
