We are seeking an experienced Interim Restaurant Manager for a hotel in Formby. This is a hands-on role for someone confident in leading from the front and managing a busy restaurant environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 4-star hotels (minimum)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Highly organised, professional, and proactive
  • Able to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Must have own transport and be able to commute to Formby (No Live in)
  • Available for an immediate start

Shift Pattern: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM shifts

You’ll be responsible for running service, managing staff, maintaining high standards, and ensuring an excellent guest experience at all times.
