You’ll be working alongside a reliable team of 4 chefs and 2 KPs, in a kitchen where teamwork, consistency, and communication are key.
The Role: We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join the team and play a vital role in the daily running of the kitchen. You’ll be responsible for managing your own section, assisting with prep, and supporting service during busy shifts. This is a hands-on, practical role for a Chef de Partie who is confident working in a structured setting, following brand specs, and delivering consistency across every plate. You’ll also be expected to maintain high hygiene standards, manage your mise en place effectively, and be a reliable part of the team. As Chef de Partie, you’ll report into the senior kitchen team and be someone who can keep calm during service, step up when needed, and support across other sections if required. You’ll also play a key part in maintaining the flow and rhythm of service on both quieter and busier days.
