We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Food & Beverage Manager to join a busy hotel operation in Leeds with an immediate start available.

Location: Leeds

Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Accommodation: Free accommodation provided

Contract: Interim position

The Role:

  • Managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation
  • Leading and supporting the front of house team
  • Maintaining high service standards and guest experience
  • Supporting staffing, rotas and operational delivery
  • Working closely with senior management

Requirements:

  • Previous Food & Beverage management experience within hospitality or hotels
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Right to work in the UK
