We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Food & Beverage Manager to join a busy hotel operation in Leeds with an immediate start available.
Location: Leeds
Pay Rate: £16 per hour

Contract: Interim position
The Role:
- Managing the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation
- Leading and supporting the front of house team
- Maintaining high service standards and guest experience
- Supporting staffing, rotas and operational delivery
- Working closely with senior management

- Previous Food & Beverage management experience within hospitality or hotels
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
