Mint People are hiring experienced Stadium Restaurant Manager for flexible agency work across Manchester, We have regular manager shifts available across stadium restaurants, premium hospitality lounges, VIP areas, event venues, restaurants and large-scale hospitality spaces.

This role is ideal for Restaurant Managers, Hospitality Managers, Event Managers and Stadium Managers looking for weekly pay, flexible shifts, extra hours or ongoing agency work.

You will lead front of house teams, support supervisors and make sure service standards are met across your area.

What youll be doing Managing restaurant service during events Leading supervisors, waiters, runners and hospitality staff Briefing teams before service Overseeing table service, guest flow and service standards Supporting cash handling and till procedures Managing customer queries and service issues Monitoring stock, equipment and service areas Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Following food hygiene, allergen and health and safety procedures What we need from you Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, Event Manager, Stadium Manager or Food and Beverage Manager Confidence managing teams in busy restaurant or hospitality environments Strong customer service and communication skills A professional and calm approach under pressure Good written and spoken English Right to live and work in the UK About Mint People Mint People are one of the UKs leading hospitality and leisure staffing agencies.
