Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) seeks an experienced Officer of the Watch/Second in Command for one of its power vessels operating from Fort Blockhouse, Gosport. You will support the Commanding Officer to deliver high quality sail training for cadets aged 12–18 and ensure safety, discipline, and welfare on board.
The role includes training delivery, maintaining vessel certifications, crew management, and readiness to assume command when required.
