The Marine Society & Sea Cadets (MSSC) is seeking a Training Support Coordinator to join the Learning Team. The role supports training delivery by developing and administering processes in line with the Sea Cadets Learning Strategy.
Flexible location (home or office-based) with occasional in-person meetings at MSSC facilities, including the National Support Centre in London. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, well organised and a clear communicator.
