About the Role
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Inverness. This is a brand new role created to support our expanding operations in the region. We are looking for a customer-focused team player with strong organisational skills and attention to detail who is committed to delivering excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient business operations
- Manage day-to-day reporting and administrative functions for the Inverness office
- Take bookings and maintain client liaison via phone and email
- Coordinate with field technicians and support site operations
- Process documentation and maintain accurate records
- Assist with scheduling and diary management
- Prepare reports and compile information for management review
- Handle invoicing and order processing as required
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, colleagues and suppliers
- Support compliance with company policies and quality standards
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Essential Requirements:
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel (essential)
- Highly organised with proven ability to multitask effectively and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional telephone manner for client interactions
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Customer focused with demonstrated strong customer relations skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence (highly desirable due to office location)

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, and provide a supportive working environment including:
- 40 hour working week, Monday to Friday
- Flexible start time between 8:00am - 9:00am with one hour lunch break
