We're a nationally recognised supplier of specialist equipment with a strong branch network across the UK. We're growing and we're looking for a sharp, organised Account Administrator to join our Bristol team and help keep our key accounts running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and maintaining accurate account records across internal systems
- Serving as the key point of contact for national account customers - professional, prompt and solutions-focused
- Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams across our branch network
- Processing orders, updating delivery information and meeting daily deadlines with accuracy
- Liaising with suppliers to gather and relay time-sensitive information
- Handling and maintaining spreadsheets - inputting, amending and interrogating data
- Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team
What We're Looking For
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Proven experience in a customer-facing or account administration role
- Confident with Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under time pressure
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- A positive, can-do attitude and a team-first mindset
