We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor or Administrator for a full-time permanent position.

This position will be working for a very well-established national company that deals with taking orders from engineers either via the phone, by email or the App. This position will involve co-ordinating the in-house teams and suppliers to raise purchase orders, quotes, etc.

The right person for this position will already have a track record within this type of role. We do not need them to be technical; however, we would like someone to have the ability to pick up technical jargon to support the engineers and clients. This is a very client-focused position, so we do require this person to have excellent customer service skills and very good IT skills.

Requirements:

  • Strong working background dealing with customers.
  • Experience in updating information.
  • Good at picking up new CRM systems.
  • Flexible working attitude.
  • Based in a short commute to Bristol (BS16).
  • Must be willing to do an office-based position (no remote working).

Package:

  • Excellent basic salary: From £25,000 to £27,000 subject to experience level.
  • Office hours: 8.30am until 5pm.
  • Pension.
  • Assistance with personal development.
