Sales Administrator / Sales Coordinator Office-Based | Full-Time Sales Coordinator / An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a busy and growing engineering-focused business. This is a varied role offering exposure to a wide range of projects, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate sales data, managing enquiries and supporting the wider sales team. We are looking for a proactive individual who enjoys improving processes and bringing fresh ideas to enhance the way the sales function operates. Key Responsibilities Manage the sales inbox and respond to enquiries in line with agreed service levels Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate project and customer information Manage and maintain the sales quotation database Process sales order amendments Prepare and manage spare parts quotations and enquiries Process spare parts orders Issue product literature and brochures to consultants and contractors Handle daily telephone enquiries from customers Follow up with customers via telephone and email in line with CRM targets Review existing sales processes and recommend improvements Assist with implementing improvements to increase efficiency Maintain strong standards of safety and housekeeping Requirements Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail and process-driven mindset Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Organised, diligent and self-motivated Comfortable communicating with customers via telephone and email Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload
