Administrator in Gateshead

Job Title: Administrator Location: Gateshead Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 + Other benefits Job Type: Full-time We are one of the UK's leading wholesalers with a long history of success and growth. We’re currently looking for an Administrator to join our friendly and hardworking team based in Gatehead. About the Role: As an Administrator, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and support. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring all orders and enquiries are handled efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: * Processing and organising deliveries for sales orders * Raising purchase orders with suppliers and matching supplier invoices * Organising equipment returns to suppliers * Producing proof of deliveries for customers * Dealing with invoice queries * Handling calls from customers, branches, suppliers and sales teams * Identifying and quoting spare parts * Raising quotes for air conditioning equipment * General administration including filing sales and purchase orders * Processing warranty claims What We’re Looking For: You should have a strong background in customer service.
