Job Title: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location:Leicester / Birmingham and Surrounding Areas
Salary:£38,000 £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Package Includes:Company Van, Overtime, 23 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Role Overview:
Were looking for an experienced and motivatedAir Conditioning Engineerto join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working on varied projects and values being part of a close-knit team where your contribution truly matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of split and small VRF air conditioning systems
• Servicing, fault finding, and maintenance
• Working across domestic and light commercial sites
• Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, safely and in line with industry regulations
• Accurate completion of job reports and documentation
• Liaising with customers in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

• Proven experience in air conditioning installation and maintenance
• F-Gas qualified (essential)
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding skills and a proactive work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
