This role requires a seasoned Salesforce Functional Consultant focused on structuring, optimizing, and implementing Enterprise Territory Management (ETM) to align with complex sales operations (forecasting & quota management).
- ETM Implementation: End-to-end implementation of Salesforce Enterprise Territory Management (ETM), including modeling hierarchies, setting up territory rules, managing account assignments, and user assignments.
- Translating Requirements: Translating complex sales territory, quota, and sales planning requirements into technical specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Stakeholder Management: Facilitating workshops to define territory boundaries, sales roles, and data security models across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
- Data & Automation: Using Flow, Validation Rules, and Data Loader to configure and automate territory structures and data migration.
- Varicent Integration (Optional but Preferred): Knowledge of connecting ETM with Varicent to ensure territory changes are synchronized with quota and compensation plans.
- Delivering UAT: Delivering UAT, training, and documentation to support the transition to new territory models.
5+ years as a Salesforce Functional Consultant, ideally in a consultancy/partner environment. Proven experience leading Enterprise Territory Management projects. Strong understanding of Sales Cloud best practices and sales operations. Varicent/SPM experience is highly beneficial.
