We have an opening for a permanent Social Media Manager to join our growing team operating with some of the best and most exciting brands at the heart of sport and entertainment.

You’ll have a deep passion for and understanding of sport fandoms and the latest sponsors; the brands that are breaking new ground on social, cutting through and collaborating; the trend makers, collaborators and creators; the players, the coaches and the emerging stars; the issues at the heart of the beautiful game, the latest news from the field of play and the potential for new opportunities in the future of sport.

What we need from you:

  • Ideating, creating, capturing and developing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop and execute creative engagement initiatives (challenges, contests, live Q&As, collaborations) that strengthen community bonds.
  • Identify and amplify conversations around culture, lifestyle, and sport that matter to our audience.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to bring fresh, community-driven content ideas to life.
  • Partner with athletes, influencers, and ambassadors to spark authentic connections and storytelling.
  • Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to help shape campaigns and brand strategy.
  • Keep a pulse on cultural trends, sport moments, and lifestyle shifts to ensure our brand stays relevant and inspiring.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • Experience in social media management, across music, entertainment, gaming, lifestyle, and youth culture brands.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • A natural communicator with excellent writing skills and a conversational, engaging tone.
  • Passion for sports, music, fashion, gaming, entertainment and youth culture - living the values you’ll represent online.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and online community behaviours.
  • A creative thinker who thrives on storytelling, memes, and moments that spark engagement.
  • An initiator and self-starter – highly organised, proactive, and able to balance day-to-day community management with big-picture growth.
