An Ad-hoc Administrator needed to be the glue of this friendly, warm and very personable organisation. This will be supporting a small team of consultants in delivering Recruitment and Headhunting services to major organisations. Our service is very caring, thoughtful and filled with integrity; we always do the right thing by our candidates and clients - so a warm but very professional vibe is prevalent in our business.
The role will include general administration, which will span organising and running the office facilities, as well as organising travel and logistics for the Managing Director. The work will necessitate diary and email management, arranging interviews, contacting clients and candidates and updating databases.
Candidates must be graduate or graduate calibre, have some work experience preferably gained in a PA or administration capacity where best practice, high standards and quality outputs have been evidenced. A strong IT literacy is a must. Flexibility, pace and juggling lots of balls at the same time are essential ingredients in this role, together with a telepathic gene to be proactive! We are a busy and full on business. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the gravitas to input and add value quickly are essential to the success of this role.
