Exciting new Talent and Engagement Manager opportunity in an amazing organisation whose HR Team is both professional and fun!
This Talent and Engagement Manager role reports to the Head of HR and is responsible for the companies 'Employee Development Plan' which means the design and delivering of identified training initiatives and selecting the correct methodologies for these interventions.
This is an exciting role with a broad remit which includes: - Talent Management (not recruitment) - Leadership Development - Early careers - Engagement - Delivery of successful Diversity and Inclusion strategies - Stakeholder Management The successful incumbent will have Insights Discovery experience.
Coupled with responsibility for the Talent piece which includes Succession/Career Planning, Emerging Talent and managing talent in a commercial and holistic way so that the human capital of the business meets the organisation's future needs.
In essence; curating, driving and delivering the whole learning agenda for the organisation!
Including supporting Graduate/Apprenticeship development.

Candidates should be graduate/graduate calibre, and will have a proven track record of creating and delivering learning initiatives and managing a team, preferably in a large customer service best practice environment where 'employee development' is key to the people agenda.
