Candidates must be graduate/graduate calibre, must have strong experience in the principles and practices of compensation analysis and benchmarking, have best practice experience of the annual compensation cycle. A robust demonstratable track record of analysing and applying market data and survey systems ie. Willis Tower Watson or McLagan. Preferably gained in the Financial Services Sector.
