Candidates must be graduate/graduate calibre, must have strong experience in the principles and practices of compensation analysis and benchmarking, have best practice experience of the annual compensation cycle. A robust demonstratable track record of analysing and applying market data and survey systems ie. Willis Tower Watson or McLagan. Preferably gained in the Financial Services Sector.

The personal skill set for this opportunity will include exemplary organisational and communication skills, with good commercial judgement and the gravitas to hit the ground running.
