Exciting Finance Manager opportunity with a successful and robust Leicester-based construction business whose growth over the past 30+ years has been unparalleled, with phenomenal projected growth.
This Finance Manager opportunity will be part of a strong Leadership team, being pivotal to the growth of the business.
- Preparing monthly management accounts
- Month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations
- Cashflow forecasting and monitoring
- Assessing existing processes and controls, identifying gaps, and building them out properly
- Working with COINS Finance (training and support available)
Reporting to the MD and working closely with the fractional Finance Director.
Candidates must be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or part-qualified / QBE with substantial hands-on experience.
Strong management accounts background. Experience in construction, contracting, or a project-based environment is a strong advantage.
COINS Finance experience is desirable but not essential. Significant experience building or formalising finance functions in a growing business.
