MSP Talent Bridge Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Desk Manager to own the day-to-day running of the service desk and drive continuous improvement across SLAs and KPIs.

This hands-on leadership role focuses on building high-performing teams and maintaining technical credibility while maintaining strong client-facing accountability.

You will manage 1st and 2nd line support, own performance metrics, mentor engineers, and work with projects, networking, security and telephony teams.
