Overview A global IT services organisation is seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager to join its high-performing sales team. This is a pivotal role within a rapidly scaling, customer-centric business that partners exclusively through the channel to deliver cutting-edge managed and professional IT services worldwide. You’ll be joining at an exciting time of growth, working closely with senior account leaders, developing your own client portfolio, and taking ownership of strategic global opportunities from first conversation to close. You’ll play a key part in delivering an exceptional experience for global channel partners and their clients, helping the business cement its reputation as a market leader in customer success. Key Responsibilities Partner with two senior Account Directors to manage key strategic customers — supporting with proposals, service development, and client engagement. Take ownership of selected opportunities from qualification through to close, ensuring momentum across all workstreams. Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and commentary to support business planning. Create clear, outcome-driven proposals and quotes that set delivery teams up for success. Drive proactive pipeline management: booking high-quality client meetings, progressing opportunities, and contributing to overall revenue growth. Execute against account strategies focused on customer value, expansion, and retention. Identify early signs of new opportunities, cross-sell potential, and renewal risks. Collaborate across sales, operations, technical and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience. What you’ll bring 2+ years selling and reliably supporting sales owners, with strong relationship and negotiation skills and a track record against Gross Margin targets.
