The office is centrally located in Woking, close to the train station and town centre, and just 25 minutes from central London. Position Overview The team is seeking a Junior Insights Executive to support the delivery of digital analysis, reporting and insights across a variety of projects. Working closely with senior members of the Insights and Analytics function, you will help analyse performance data, produce recommendations, and support the continuous improvement of careers websites and digital campaigns. Key responsibilities include: Reviewing and analysing data from Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and other platforms Integrating multiple data sources into Looker Studio dashboards Producing clear, actionable insights and recommendations Understanding how data is captured and how user behaviour is recorded Supporting the development of reporting and analytics processes Contributing to research, paid media and web-related projects Analysing survey data and wider data sets as required The role offers strong development opportunities, ongoing support, and the chance to play a key part in shaping the organisation’s insight capabilities.
