A global IT services organisation is seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager to join its high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with two senior Account Directors to manage key strategic customers — supporting with proposals, service development, and client engagement.
- Take ownership of selected opportunities from qualification through to close, ensuring momentum across all workstreams.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and commentary to support business planning.
- Create clear, outcome-driven proposals and quotes that set delivery teams up for success.
- Drive proactive pipeline management: booking high-quality client meetings, progressing opportunities, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
- Execute against account strategies focused on customer value, expansion, and retention.
- Identify early signs of new opportunities, cross-sell potential, and renewal risks.
- Collaborate across sales, operations, technical and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
