A global IT services organisation is seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager to join its high-performing sales team.

This is a pivotal role within a rapidly scaling, customer‑centric business that partners exclusively through the channel to deliver cutting‑edge managed and professional IT services worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with two senior Account Directors to manage key strategic customers — supporting with proposals, service development, and client engagement.
  • Take ownership of selected opportunities from qualification through to close, ensuring momentum across all workstreams.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and commentary to support business planning.
  • Create clear, outcome-driven proposals and quotes that set delivery teams up for success.
  • Drive proactive pipeline management: booking high-quality client meetings, progressing opportunities, and contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Execute against account strategies focused on customer value, expansion, and retention.
  • Identify early signs of new opportunities, cross-sell potential, and renewal risks.
  • Collaborate across sales, operations, technical and finance teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

  • 2+ years selling and reliably supporting sales owners, with strong relationship and negotiation skills and a track record against Gross Margin targets.
