The Opportunity We're working with a well-established and growing provider in the ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), recycling, data destruction, refurbishment and remarketing space to find an experienced Business Development Manager to join their UK sales team.

This is a new-business-focused, hands-on sales role reporting into the UK Sales Manager, sitting within a growing team of around 10.

You'll be responsible for identifying, pursuing and winning new client relationships across enterprise, public sector and channel accounts, while building a qualified pipeline that supports the wider team's growth targets.

The Role You'll own your own patch of new business generation from first contact through to close - prospecting, qualifying, pitching and negotiating commercial terms for ITAD, data destruction, and IT asset recovery and remarketing services.

This is a role for someone who's genuinely motivated by hunting new business, comfortable navigating longer, more considered sales cycles, and confident selling a compliance-led, sustainability-conscious proposition to enterprise and public sector buyers.
