A versatile and technically skilled professional responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of digital displays and payment solutions across client sites. Supporting the delivery of technologies including digital signage and self-service kiosks, ensuring systems are fully operational in demanding environments such as transport, retail, hospitality, and outdoor applications. Provides high-quality technical support and service to maintain performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and commission digital signage solutions, kiosks, and EPOS systems at client locations
- Configure equipment
- Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans for indoor and outdoor environments
- Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and durability
- Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients
- Prepare installation reports, service logs, and documentation
- Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting, communication, and data tracking
- Train customers on operation and basic troubleshooting of installed systems
- Ensure installations comply with safety standards and project specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, project management, manufacturing)
