A growing technology services provider is looking to hire a hands-on Sales Manager to support the next phase of its growth. This is a player-manager role, combining personal sales responsibility with day-to-day leadership of a sales team. You’ll carry your own target while helping drive structure, consistency, and performance across the wider team.
Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in improving pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales discipline, while staying actively involved in winning business.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your own pipeline and contribute directly to new business revenue
- Support and guide the day-to-day performance of the sales team (BDRs, Account Managers, and Strategic Accounts)
- Maintain strong standards around pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage
- Run regular pipeline reviews and improve forecast accuracy
- Coach team members on deals, positioning, and customer conversations
- Support larger or more complex opportunities where needed
- Help improve overall sales structure, cadence, and accountability
- Act as a key link between the sales function and leadership team
- Consistent delivery against your personal sales target
- A structured, focused, and accountable sales team

This role is primarily office based working closely with the sales team on a day-to-day basis. There will also be time spent with customers and supporting the team on key opportunities.
