Supporting the delivery of technologies including digital signage and self-service kiosks, ensuring systems are fully operational in demanding environments such as transport, retail, hospitality, and outdoor applications. Provides high-quality technical support and service to maintain performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and commission digital signage solutions, kiosks, and EPOS systems at client locations
  • Configure equipment
  • Conduct site surveys and prepare installation plans for indoor and outdoor environments
  • Test and troubleshoot systems to ensure optimal performance and durability
  • Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients
  • Prepare installation reports, service logs, and documentation
