The Opportunity
We are working with an award-winning, specialist cyber security provider, to identify a highly motivated Senior Security and Threat Intelligence Sales Consultant to join their growing sales team. What You'll Be Doing
- Apply your extensive experience and knowledge of selling security, threat intelligence solutions and platforms, including managed services.
- Understand and present the company's solutions face to face with customers, introducing both established and innovative offerings.
- Identify customer needs and propose appropriate, tailored solutions.
- Manage and grow relationships with global enterprise accounts.
- Target and prospect new customers through cold calling, face to face meetings and networking.
- Manage the full sales process from start to finish, supported by senior management.
- Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to write and present detailed RFI, RFQ and RFP proposals, including cost justification, business case overviews and technical content.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects and customers.
- Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers.
- Develop short, medium and long-term account plans with a focus on security technologies, threat intelligence offerings and security managed services.
- Define and execute business strategy for strategic accounts to achieve and exceed target.
- Drive sales agendas to a close in a timely and commercially astute manner.
- Grow revenue and profit through cross-selling the company's solutions, services and managed services.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior sales role within the cyber space.
- Proven track record of selling cyber security, threat intelligence or managed security services.
- Extensive experience selling into global enterprise accounts.
- Strong ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders, influencers and decision-makers.
- Commercially and politically savvy - able to navigate complex client and partner environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presenting.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to manage a full sales cycle independently.
