I am currently partnered with a leading organisation delivering Managed IT Services, UCaaS/Cloud Communication Solutions, Managed Print, and Document Management to a wide range of UK businesses. They are now looking to expand their commercial team with a talented Business Generation Executive to support continued growth.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent role for an ambitious, energetic individual who thrives in a consultative B2B sales environment. You will play a vital role in generating high-quality appointments for the Business Development Managers, helping fuel new business activity across the company’s full services portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage new business prospects across multiple sectors via phone, email, & LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads to ensure they align with the company's solutions: Managed IT Services, UCaaS / Unified Communications, Managed Print Services, Document Management & Workflow Solutions.
  • Generate high-quality appointments and meetings for the Business Development team.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Build rapport with prospects and nurture early-stage opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs around activity and appointment setting.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in lead generation, inside sales, SDR/BDR, or appointment setting preferably within the tech sector.
  • Confident communicator with strong telephone skills and the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Capable of understanding business pain points and positioning relevant solutions.
  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient.
  • Proficient with CRM systems.
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
