MSP Talent Bridge Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a reliable, motivated Service Desk Technician (Level 1 / 1st Line) to join a growing team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handle incoming support requests, resolve common IT and telecoms issues, and ensure tickets are logged, managed and escalated appropriately to deliver a positive client experience.

This role is office-based five days a week with occasional travel to client sites (travel expenses covered).
