A growing technology services provider is looking to hire a hands-on Sales Manager to support the next phase of its growth. This is a player-manager role, combining personal sales responsibility with day-to-day leadership of a sales team. You'll carry your own target while helping drive structure, consistency, and performance across the wider team. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in improving pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and overall sales discipline, while staying actively involved in winning business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your own pipeline and contribute directly to new business revenue
  • Support and guide the day-to-day performance of the sales team (BDRs, Account Managers, and Strategic Accounts)
  • Maintain strong standards around pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM usage
  • Run regular pipeline reviews and improve forecast accuracy
  • Coach team members on deals, positioning, and customer conversations
  • Support larger or more complex opportunities where needed
  • Help improve overall sales structure, cadence, and accountability
  • Act as a key link between the sales function and leadership team

Work Environment
