We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor, who will work closely with our TA Business Partners in attracting, engaging and recruiting the very best talent the industry has to offer by constantly searching for new talent and finding ways to maximise the candidate experience.
To be successful in this Talent Acquisition Advisor role, you will have:
- Previous experience working within a talent acquisition / recruitment role (it would be advantageous if this experience was gained within Motorsport, Automotive or Aerospace industries)
- An excellent track record of candidate management
- Experience operating in-house; however, we’ll consider applications from an agency background
- Fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively operate with people at all levels
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to support multiple projects, maintain a high level of attention to detail
