We are currently seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our team at our Paisley office. The successful candidate will manage a full caseload of residential property transactions from start to finish, including purchases, sales, remortgages, and title transfers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently handling residential conveyancing transactions
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Maintaining accurate records and using case management systems
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong working knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures
