We are looking for an ambitious PR Director to join us on our exciting journey and help us grow!
- Experience in a similar senior PR role in a global networked agency
- Known and respected in the industry, well-connected
- Track record for pitching and winning big brands; demonstrates growth driving initiatives
- Experience in overseeing both PR and Influencer Marketing campaigns and clients, for both global and in-market briefs
- An inspiring leader – experienced in developing, motivating, and leading diverse teams and achieving great results together
- Ability to balance being hands-on when/where needed vs. setting up wider teams for success
- True hunger to build and own senior client relationships
- Develop a robust, strategic vision on PR and IM clients with a big knack for creative, progressive and 360 campaign work
- Act as one of our most senior PR experts, a specialist source of knowledge for market and industry trends within the practice and wider Groupe network; promoting and cross-selling our offer in Groupe and across market to maximise opportunities
- Unlock growth across clients, with a particular focus on PR and IM, building both organic and ‘new new’ opportunities
- Understand and communicate strategic opportunities for our clients in the space of PR and IM
- Collaborate closely with Managing Partners, playing a key role on decision making/qualifying of new business opportunities; proactively being able to lead and drive new business wins
- Help grow and develop exceptional talent across the agency
- Maintain effective operations, commercial control, and client development activity – ensuring the highest quality and creative standards are maintained across a client portfolio of over £1.25M revenue per annum
- Plan and implement marketing and new business development activity to generate and grow business opportunities
- Responsible for the annual PR commercial plans for full year commitment and quarterly re-forecasts alongside the senor leadership team
- Champion client team activity and success, rewarding and recognising great work
