- Experience in a similar agency environment, managing and delivering large-scale creative projects end-to-end
- Understanding and experience of managing large project teams, defining and improving delivery processes

Lead Project Management Across MSL / SalterBaxter
- Ensure exceptional project management across all projects, providing an effective, enjoyable, first-class client service.
- Continuous review and improvement of our delivery processes.
- Provide overarching directional support to all project management and tech team on all delivery of projects and hosting and maintenance clients.
- Lead on project delivery across the wider business including project scoping and budgeting.
- Oversee tech project scoping, estimation and feasibility assessments working closely with Digital & Campaign Project Managers.
Team Management
- Line management of the Project Managers, Tech team (Digital Project Managers, Deployment Manager) and MSL / Salter Baxter Resource Manager
- Identify the need for, and recruit, new freelancers and permanent team members when required
- Work closely with tech team to support and oversee our relationships with client related suppliers - to include production partners, social agencies and on/off-shore development partners.
Studio Resourcing
- Line management of the MSL / SalterBaxter Resource Manager
- Ensuring a smooth day-to-day process for resourcing across MSL / SalterBaxter, maximising utilisation on billable client work
- Overseeing of freelance spend, ensuring forecasts are in place and optimise spend
- Drive new ways to improve and streamline the way we plan, manage and track resources – within internal teams and freelancers
Financial Control & Commercial Rigour
- Overall team responsibility for the end-to-end control of the budget process to ensure that all projects are fully scoped and the budget controlled throughout its lifecycle.
- Deliver appropriate margin provide regular fee forecast update in line with timing changes and provide a final budget reconciliation upon completion.
- Ensure correct financial forecasting across all projects
