How to prepare for a job interview at MSL
✨Know Your Claims Inside Out
Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of accident insurance policies and the claims process. Being able to discuss specific scenarios or past experiences where you've successfully handled claims will show that you're not just familiar with the theory, but also have practical experience.
✨Showcase Your Customer Service Skills
Since exceptional customer service is key for this role, prepare examples of how you've gone above and beyond for customers in previous positions. Think about times when you turned a negative experience into a positive one, as this will highlight your problem-solving abilities.
✨Organise Your Thoughts
With strong organisational skills being a must-have, practice articulating how you manage your workload and prioritise tasks. You might want to use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your answers, making it easier for the interviewer to follow your thought process.
